She is a singer, songwriter, folk acoustic guitarist, percussion player from Zambia. Theresa won the Best Singer at the Zambia Women in Music Awards in 2018. She is passionate about nature, climate change and the preservation of nature, so she is honored to be Zambia‘s Bird Conservation Ambassador. She has extended her art through storytelling sessions with children, acting, kids fashion shows and supporting albinos, disabled, underprivileged children. She recorded her first album of 10 songs under Passions Records called ‘Mandu’. It aired across radio stations in both Zambia and Zimbabwe. To acknowledge her efforts in art BBC presented Theresa Ng´ambi in their entertainment segment ‘Back to the Roots’ in 2012 where her songs were broadcasted for a week with an intimate interview on BBC Africa. The¬resa has been featured on TEDx Talk where she spoke on sustainability and performed her song ‘The Wise Goat’. She performed and composed music for the popular Zambian TV series ‘Ubuntu’ and ‘Mungoma’.  She has been performed at Tukutane Arts Weekend (NAFASI Artspace), She has also been touring in different platforms such as schools, orphanages and universities to raise awareness against tree cutting and animal poaching
